The Role In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and matching data records across our platforms to support our Sales and Service teams. You will update existing records and add new entries to the database as required. Data accuracy will be vitally important, as well strong communication skills when making updates and flagging errors to stakeholders throughout the company. You will also be required when needed to monitor our reviews pipeline, replying to customers who have left public reviews and coordinating internally the responses and resolutions for our merchants. This role is 5 days per week in our Holborn office. Shifts are 09:00 - 18:00 Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday (paid overtime) required (1 Saturday in 7). Requirements Strong eye for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail 1 year experience in data entry/administration Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Common-sense approach to spotting and flagging errors Ability to meet deadlines and handle workload priorities effectively Problem-solver with a proactive mindset – eager to take on challenges and find innovative solutions with enthusiasm Confidence in working independently and making decisions to appropriately escalate issues to management or other departments Flexible mindset with the ability to take on ad-hoc tasks as needed The ability to multitask, as you'll be navigating different systems and processing information when liaising with our customers Desirable Skills Experience working in an FCA regulated business and understanding of regulatory requirements Previous experience with Hubspot/Outlook Benefits Why join YouLend?
