Managing sales for breast implants across the Cosmetic Surgery and NHS Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery sectors.
Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinics, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the aesthetic and reconstructive surgery fields.
Upholding the company’s reputation by consistently delivering high-quality service and ensuring a customer-centric approach
Meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving business growth through a proactive approach.
Attending industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to expand your professional network and uncover new business opportunities.
Working closely with the marketing team to provide insights from the field and suggest areas for tactical improvements.
A proven background in sales of surgical devices, ideally within breast implants or related products such as surgical meshes.
Strong presentation and training skills, with the confidence to demonstrate product knowledge to healthcare professionals.
A professional and polished appearance, alongside a strong focus on quality service delivery.
Fluency in business English is essential, as well as a valid UK driving licence.
