You will be expected to build on strong customer relationships with (Merchants, Distributors, Commercial & Domestic Plumbers, Civil Engineers and Utilities). Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. Build solid relationships with internal sales, marketing, and customer service teams and sharing good practices with Area Sales colleagues, the Technical Manager, and the senior management team. Develop a high level of up-to-date product knowledge to ensure you can offer customers the best product solution for their requirements Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. We would consider candidates working in Merchanting/Distribution and looking for the next step in their career with a manufacturer. Excellent communicator and negotiator who thrives on networking and relationship-building Ability to analyse market data, grasp market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and a passion for customer satisfaction.
