As a Lead Digital Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and improving our AI-assisted conversational experiences. You’ll lead a team of digital product owners, setting the strategy for your area of responsibility and optimising customer experience and operational efficiency. Your work will involve defining the digital conversations and AI-powered roadmap, implementing it across relevant channels, and leading operational enhancement programmes.
What will I be doing?
* Define and implement the digital conversations strategy, aligning it with the broader company vision.
* Lead and coach a team of digital product owners, ensuring a cohesive and innovative customer experience across digital channels.
* Develop and prioritise a backlog of work, making trade-offs and ensuring the delivery team understands the priorities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a consistent and optimised customer experience, including user story development and sign-off.
* Engage stakeholders through internal demos, retrospectives, and refinement sessions, providing relevant business numbers and objectives.
* Work with the digital CX team to analyse customer responses and improve online journeys, ensuring tooling and capabilities meet AI-powered conversation demands.
What do I need?
* Expertise in digital product management, AI-powered technologies, and chatbot development.
* Proven line management and team leadership experience.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver complex AI interactions.
* Demonstrable stakeholder management experience both with storytelling and translation to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and Google Analytics.
* While not a core Data role, being comfortable and confident analysing data is crucial to this role.
