Fortius Clinic are looking to add a Supervisor to their Front of House Team. This is to manage their clinics across London.
The role will see you work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
All shifts are 8 hours long, ranging from 6:45am starts to 8pm finishes.

About the Role:
The role of Front of House Supervisor is fundamental to our customer experience. The overall purpose of this role is to ensure every customer that walks through our doors receives exceptional service. The postholder is expected to lead from the front, demonstrating to the Front of House and wider clinic teams what exceptional service looks like.
The postholder does not require any medical background, but must possess a passion for customer service, a proven track record in elevating customer experience within the Front of House sector, and proven abilities in motivating and coaching their teams to deliver a seamless experience for a wide breadth of customers.
The successful candidate will work with the Head of Customer experience in refining and elevating all customer journeys, whether it be our valued every day customers or our VVIP patients, every point of the patient journey must be meticulously crafted to ensure a seamless end to end personalized experience for every Fortius customer.
The post-holder will be responsible for service deliverables on behalf of our Consultants and other stakeholders, ensuring our Consultants feel the are delivering their work within a Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate must be agile and able to flex their skills across three different sites, adapting their leadership style to suit that particular environments requirements.
* Recent Line Management experience in a similar setting.
* Front of House experience from a recent, relevant position, in a Senior capacity (Team Leader/ Supervisor).
* operational excellence and high standards of work.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Able to set and maintain high standards for FoH operations.
* IT literate, with excellent spoken and written English.
* Bubbly, confident personality.
* Full Right to Work in the UK, without Sponsorship.
