We are seeking a dedicated Aspiring SEN Teacher to support children with special educational needs and challenging behaviours at a school near Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity to gain relevant experience by working closely with vulnerable children and specialist therapy teams, expanding your knowledge and skills before embarking on a teaching career.
It is essential that you are sincere about your objectives and understand why you want to work in this sector, aiming to provide the best outcomes for students with complex learning needs.

Professional Skills & Requirements
* Ability to prepare resources for teaching and learning activities
* Ability to plan learning activities suited to student ability with support from a teacher
* Personal and medical care, including feeding and manual handling when necessary
* Willingness to work 1:1 and in small groups with students
* Willingness to develop knowledge and experience to provide appropriate support
* Ability to encourage social skills development and support individual student needs
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to provide behaviour and pastoral support
* Attend staff meetings and complete relevant CPD
* Ensure safeguarding of students
Working details:
* 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
* £80-£85 per day
* No prior experience required
* On-site training, support, and CPD provided
* Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available
