Our client is a leading company that specializes in the automobile travel industry. They are currently looking for an experienced French-speaking Sales Representative to join their friendly and supportive team based in London. This role is a permanent position to start ASAP with a great opportunity to develop and gain experience in an exciting industry. They are offering a hybrid scheme working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service and selling travel packages as well as upselling across the French market.
* Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email, and chat are responded to in a timely manner.
* Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company and attending events abroad.
* Hitting your targets and keeping up with the KPIs.
About you:
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a French-speaking Sales Representative, you will become part of a diverse, friendly, and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organization.
Profile:
* Fluent in French and English to a native level, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative, or Customer Service.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
* Great organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, driven, and motivated.
