Role Overview
The Employee Technology Integration Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for employees from newly acquired businesses into Benefex’s IT environment. This role focuses on integrating systems, devices, and applications while delivering an exceptional employee experience. You will lead integration projects, collaborate across teams, and ensure that technology solutions align with Benefex’s commitment to extraordinary employee experiences.
Responsibilities
* Plan and Execute Integrations: Analyse ET landscapes of acquired businesses and design seamless integration strategies aligned with Benefex’s standards.
* Migrate Systems and Data: Oversee user account migrations, device provisioning, and data transfers with minimal disruption to operations and employees.
* Standardise Employee Technology: Align acquired companies’ tools, devices, and platforms with Benefex’s ET ecosystem to provide a consistent user experience.
* Enhance User Experience: Facilitate smooth onboarding, address transitional challenges, and act as the primary technical point of contact for acquired employees.
* Provide Training and Support: Develop and deliver training for new employees and provide ongoing technical support post-integration.
* Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure all integration activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
* Streamline Systems and Applications: Consolidate applications and licenses, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
* Document Integration Playbooks: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, best practices, and records of completed migrations and transitions.
What are we looking for?
* Technical Expertise: Proven experience in design, implement, configure and administer level in the following:
o Microsoft 365
o Azure AD
o Endpoint management solutions.
* Integration Experience: Proven ability to manage IT systems, data migrations, and device provisioning during acquisitions or large-scale transitions, with hands-on experience aligning disparate IT ecosystems.
* User-Focused Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences through intuitive and reliable technology.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
* Project Management Ability: Experience managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines, using tools like Jira.
* Collaboration Skills: Experience working across geographically distributed teams and building relationships to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and challenges.
* Security Knowledge: Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards to ensure data and systems are protected, with frameworks like ISO27001 or SOC 2 being a plus.
