N opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a leading eningeering company in Birmingham on a permanent basis. On offer is a salary of up to £25,000 plus company benefits. The business are currently undergoing huge expansion so there will be exciting, long-term progression opportunities. Key responsibilities: Form and maintain effective relationships with existing, new and potential clients. The ability to place the customer first and offer excellent customer service and develop good customer relations to realize the customer’s ultimate goal to their clients. Preparing quotations and framework proposals for submission to the customer outlining both commercial and technical aspects of the company’s offer. Handle RFQ’s from customer for standard and non-standard parts. Interpret customer’s requirements and select suitable processes and products from the Company portfolio together with ancillary items. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Other duties may be assigned as required. Review orders technically and commercially and issue an internal specification of the service being supplied. Provide back-up for the sales department as required.
