You will be able to maintain confidentiality with excellent communication skills, presenting as a credible, professional member of the People & Culture team. The ability to manipulate and analyse core People & Culture data will be highly advantageous; however, an openness and willingness to learn these skills will be just as important. Previous experience of delivering people-related (HR) processes (including payroll) within a fast-paced organisation, ideally within a professional services organisation, would be desirable.

Responsibilities & Criteria
* You will have the opportunity to work within a forward-thinking, proactive People & Culture team who will offer you support and opportunities to learn and develop.
* You will build effective and working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
* Provide advice and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR-related issues.
* Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation.
* Support recruitment and selection campaigns.
* Monitor, analyse and manage absence management, identify trends, and propose solutions as appropriate.
* ER, recognition and reward, performance management, and development.
* Work closely with the people team to support the delivery of key objectives.
* Provide expertise on a range of HR generalist issues.
* You will manage and respond to queries from employees and line managers that come into our People & Culture ticket portal.
* You will accurately maintain and update our people management systems and records in line with GDPR requirements and ISO 27000:1 & ISO 9001 standards. You may also represent our team at internal and external audits.
* You will arrange learning & development events and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality events and experiences.
* You will provide administrative support on recruitment activities to ensure all candidates are provided with a positive and engaging experience in a timely manner.
* You will be a contact for new colleagues joining us and going through our onboarding process ensuring that everything is in place to set them up for a great start with us. You will also support a team of People & Culture professionals to deliver our regular cycle of work and one-off projects which seek to support the growth and development of our business.
* You will provide support to several of our internal committees (e.g., Learning & Development and Mental Health & Wellbeing).
Location: Belfast/Glasgow/Manchester. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with additional hours as and when required. All roles are subject to a six-month probationary period and all prospective employees are required to complete an Access NI check.
