An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Loans Executive to join the team at Admiral Money.
About Admiral Money
Admiral Money is an exciting, new division of Admiral Group. We have the freedom and innovation of a small start-up with the security of a large parent company, Admiral.
The journey started when we launched unsecured personal loans in June 2017. We went on to be the first direct to consumer car finance provider in December 2017. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and have some exciting plans for the future.
We’re looking for people who are keen to learn, excited about getting stuck in, and are ready for a challenge to help us achieve our aim of creating a special lending business for our customers.
About your career
Our employees are right at the heart of our success. We put a lot of effort and investment into making sure our organisation is a happy place to work, ensuring employees have the appropriate training to excel in their field of expertise. We have a very experienced management group that deliver regular training and work hard to ensure all of our employees are equipped with the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
The management group works closely with individual agents, investing in their career and ensuring they have the support and guidance to achieve set goals. We believe that investing time in our staff leads to people enjoying the job, advancing their knowledge, and understanding what pathway they wish to choose in the business. Internal progression is paramount, and we work hard to ensure that our staff members have many opportunities to further their career.

3. Making a difference, whether this is when communicating with our customers or making the workplace an even better place to be.
4. Being adaptable to change; we want people who are happy with making changes quickly as we are a growing fast-paced business.
5. Being an integral part of our journey as we explore different communication methods.
About you
1. No prior experience required.
2. Full training will be provided for the role, and so prior experience is not essential, though customer service experience is advantageous.
3. Motivated, positive, and energetic, with a can-do attitude.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail, with an investigative mindset.
6. Ability to multi-task and retain knowledge.

This role comes at a fantastic time for an established yet growing part of the business. Our staff put the customer first, and we actively encourage your suggestions on how we can continue to exceed their expectations while providing a market-leading service.
