As a HR Administrator you will be working with the HR team to deliver a first class HR service to the firm.
What you will enjoy
* Administering HR processes for new starters, leavers and changes to contracts
* Maintaining and updating individual employee records and the HR system
* Managing the HR inbox and answering general queries
* Running weekly and ad hoc reports from the HR system
* Administering benefits to employees
* Providing administrative support for recruitment, internships and careers fairs
What you will need
* Demonstrable experience in an administrative role with particular focus on data management
* Excellent MS office skills, with a sound working knowledge of Excel
* Attention to detail and a conscientious approach
* Proven organistion skills with the ability to prioritise and thrive in an evolving environment
* A flair for working in a team, focussed on providing a commercially centred service
