At THG, as a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and define a newly created function within our growing Nutrition Division. You’ll work closely with our UK & EU commercial teams, influencing strategic decisions and driving sustainable business growth through consumer and shopper insights.
As a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll:
* Lead the development and delivery of the Customer & Shopper Marketing Strategy, aligning brand plans with relevant channels.
* Work closely with UK & EU commercial teams to influence strategic decisions and drive growth through annual shopper marketing plans.
* Collaborate with brand, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing plans.
* Build strong relationships with key retail partners, creating plans encompassing range, merchandising, NPD, and promotional activities.
* Oversee the effective execution of in-store and online promotional activities.
* Leverage your understanding of consumer and shopper behavior to shape brand strategy.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
* Demonstrable experience in shopper marketing across multiple environments.
* Proven ability to manage and monitor budgets for maximum ROI.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication skills to build robust working relationships.
* Experience in developing and executing category management plans.
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
* Creative thinker with an eye for innovation.
* Experience supporting commercial retail teams.
