With a supportive team and opportunities for professional development, your journey with us will be rewarding and exciting Key Responsibilities: Perform chemical surface treatments in accordance with customer specifications and work instructions. Prepare parts for treatment by jigging and wiring, ensuring all jobs are handled with care. Maintain and clean treatment solutions and equipment to uphold optimal performance. Conduct daily checks and complete logs to maintain compliance and accuracy. Review job packs meticulously to ensure all operations are completed before commencing work. Conduct in-process inspections and post-treatment inspections to ensure quality. Complete all necessary paperwork and logs, including recording processes on AeroDNA. Collect solution samples for laboratory analysis and make adjustments as needed. Report any concerns regarding plant, equipment, or solutions to your Line Manager. Support other areas of the business as needed and remain flexible to changing priorities. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in chemical surface treatments or a related field. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Knowledge of the following treatments: Anodising, Silver, Zinc, Nickel, Cadmium plating and Copper & Tin plating Ability to jig and wire components efficiently, avoiding damage during processing. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
