This role requires someone who can motivate themselves when working alone and remote from the parent organization, offering strong technical problem solving skills and great customer service. The ability to communicate clearly on technical matters is vital due to the customer facing nature of this role. This role is UK based.
Main Tasks:
1. To repair and maintain customer equipment effectively and efficiently.
2. Carry out pre installations and installations.
3. Provide remote call pre-qualification and attempt remote fix wherever possible.
4. Document and report technical issues where necessary.
5. Ensure logging & closure of calls according to published guidelines.
6. Maintain a good relationship with customer facing teams.
7. Support the customer in the field, mainly in UK/IE but also support in Europe from time to time.
