This is an exciting opportunity within Outpatient Services, Ambulatory Care Division based at the NHS Treatment Centre for Front Of House - Main reception and Switchboard. The Receptionists core working hours are Monday to Friday between 7am - 7pm with the occasional Saturday on a rolling rota basis. You will have excellent customer service skills and be committed to providing a first-class service. You must be educated to GCSE standard, possess excellent communication skills and be competent in the use of computer systems including Microsoft packages and Medway PAS.
Main Duties of the Job
Working as part of the Outpatient team, you will be responsible for greeting all patients and visitors into the Treatment Centre building, dealing with all enquiries while maintaining patient confidentiality. You will handle calls through the Treatment Centre main switchboard, using Careflow and other relevant booking systems accurately and efficiently. You'll have excellent communication skills and will deal appropriately with enquiries both by telephone and in person.

Training & Qualifications
* To be educated to 'O' level, GCSE or equivalent
* Experience of Microsoft packages
* To possess 5 GCSE A-C passes including English and Maths or equivalent
