This is your moment to shine, to take on an exciting new challenge, and to be part of a team that’s changing the aerospace industry. ✨ Apply now and be part of something truly extraordinary CareerOpportunity OperationalSupport AirbusBroughton JoinOurTeam AerospaceInnovation Serve as the first point of contact for operational employee queries Update and maintain customer information as needed Maintain staff HR records and personnel files for the contract Assist in managing direct and indirect costs (recruitment, training, expenses, etc.) Ensure accuracy of operational data, regularly reviewing and reporting on progress Highlight risks of significant variances and take action where necessary Support the contract in preparing audit and compliance reports Assist with recruitment and succession planning to maintain service levels and contingency Participate in contract development and company-wide initiatives or projects Respond to reasonable requests from the contract, client, and senior management, including emergency situations Be available for out-of-hours escalations to ensure smooth operation during critical situations Perform any other duties as directed by the Airbus contract senior management team Essential Skills Valid SIA frontline licence. Right to work in the UK. The successful applicant will be required to successfully obtain Security Clearance (failure will impact any potential offer for the position). Good natural communicator both written and oral and able to transcend multiple cultures and interact effectively at all Working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Must have a full clean driving licence. Good standard of IT skills including Microsoft package ie. Word, Excel, Outlook Able to evidence strong customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative. Excellent customer service experience. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to prioritise. Desired Skills Experience in using rostering systems ie. Timegate. Previous experience within the Security Industry.
