Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to lead, inspire and support their team to deliver exceptional standards. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, developing team members and achieving business critical KPI's.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, collaborate and support direct reports to deliver exceptional standards.
* Build positive relationships and communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders.
* Develop team members through mentoring, training, recognition and empowerment.
* Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in running a multi-site contract.
* Passion for food and customer service.
* Satisfaction from managing, training and supporting a team.
* Financially astute with analytical skills and budget creation.
* Excellent delegation and influencing skills.
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects and work under pressure.
* Meticulous organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Concise and effective communication.
* Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities.
* Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
