Job Title: Business Development Manager

Pay: up to 60k
SRG are working with a client seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a field-based customer-facing role.
The Role:
The purpose of the role is to promote and sell a range of products/services in both the Acute and primary care sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Grow product market share through both established and new relationships.
2. Create clear and compelling solution-based value propositions through engagement with key NHS customers within primary & secondary care.
3. Accountable for business/account plans development and delivery of the business.
4. Build advocacy across acute settings (regionally/UK).
5. Develop and utilise an in-depth understanding of the NHS long-term plan and how that influences the future of the market.
6. Lead on market analysis, including health economics to influence NHS thinking and drive commitment to working in partnership.
About You:
1. Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales, including Solution & Value Selling requiring a consultative selling approach.
2. Is persuasive and can easily influence others and build a team culture.
3. Possesses good customer relationship and service skills. Able to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
6. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills essential.
7. Demonstrates creativity.
8. Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
9. Organized multi-tasker able to handle many diverse projects at once.
