As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:
* Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
* Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
* Contribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics
* Support the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care on the wings and healthcare centres

* Hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
* Have a non-judgemental and compassionate approach
* Be able to evidence their Continued Professional Development (CPD)
* Although not essential, a Driving License and your own vehicle would be beneficial due to the location of the site
