Customer Services Rep
Location: London SW6
Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 p.a.
Shift Pattern:
Monday – at the office 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Tuesday – at the office 9am to 1pm (Half Day)
Wednesday – at the office 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Thursday – at the office 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Friday – work from home 9am to 5:30-pm (1 hour for lunch)
Half day on a weekend (work from home) – flexible.
Please note that the half day at the weekend is to check emails and live chat and respond if required, you will not be working a full day.
Our client is a highly successful, well-established organisation with 25 year’s expertise within the luxury competition market, with a £45m revenue turnover. They are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team at their office in SW16,
Duties include:
* Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requestselpTaking
* Assisting customers over the phone
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints, closing support tickets
* Maintaining a database of customer information
* Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary
* Checking product or service availability
* Assisting customers with registration or account creation
* Passing customer feedback issues onto the team
* Dealing with customer queries across our social media platforms
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2 years+ relevant experience gained in a fast-paced office environment dealing with customer enquiries or queries.
* The ability to multi-task
* Experience of Zendesk useful but not essential.
* Experience with Live Chat preferred.
