We are currently seeking an experienced SEN TA for a full-time job in a SEND School in the Birmingham area
To be considered you must have experience working as an SEN TA and an expert knowledge of the SEND school curriculum, along with a caring and nurturing approach to your work.
You must be a qualified SEN TA - ideally level 2 minimum
Have an excellent knowledge of the UK SEND school system
Be able to nurture and support young children with SEND
Ideally have worked for at least 12 months within Special Needs
Safeguarding level 1 trained

The school caters to children with a variety of special needs, including cognitive learning difficulties, Autism, and Severe Learning Disabilities. As such, it's essential that you have a solid background in working within an SEN school and are prepared to support multiple young learners with diverse needs.
This 'Good' rated school is home to a dedicated team and supportive leadership who are passionate about helping both the school and its students thrive. In this role, you'll be working within the classroom, providing focused support in small groups, and dedicating your attention to individual learners.

SEN TA Summary
The school is seeking a skilled and confident SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) who can engage and inspire students to reach their full potential. To be considered for this role, you must have excellent classroom experience and a genuine passion for working within SEND. Additionally, you should have experience supporting Primary-level students with Autism, SLD, Complex needs, or Physical disabilities.
