We have an exciting new Internal Communications Executive opportunity in the Internal Communications and People Experience function within HR.
Under the leadership of our new Chief People Officer, we are expanding our small and efficient HR team to transform the way we support the F1 racing team and wider business here at AMF1.
The HR team’s role in making the car go faster involves becoming a team of experts delivering truly efficient and streamlined experiences and processes to create standout employee experiences at every touchpoint.
In this role, you will:
* Support the Head of Internal Communications and People Experience to develop and execute the internal communications strategy aligned to Aston Martin Aramco’s objectives and values.
* Be responsible for the preparation and timely distribution of the Team’s weekly and monthly digital newsletters – including leading editorial meetings, content planning, copywriting and layout.
* Work with key stakeholders across the Team to develop and deliver internal communications plans to support priority projects. A focus on consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organisation, leveraging a variety of tools and channels.
* Support the Head of Internal Communications and People Experience to deliver Team townhalls and other engagement events and initiatives as required, including scheduling and content preparation, working closely with the internal events team.
* Responsibility for race-related content, including post-race debriefs (in person and digital).
* Support the Head of Internal Communications and People Experience to create compelling content across channels and tools that brings the Team’s mission, achievements and culture to life.
