Responsibilities
* Deliver captivating and exciting lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
* Possess a deep and secure knowledge of English subject, and be open to employing a hands-on approach to the curriculum.
* Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that motivates students to learn, think independently, and reach their full potential.
* Understand and address the individual learning needs of your students, ensuring they have every opportunity to thrive.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential
* Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
* Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
* An enhanced DBS on the update service - this is essential
* Minimum of 3 Months teaching experience in the UK
* A proven track record of recent and successful class teaching in an 11-16 school
