Our client a successful and growing Asset Finance Business are looking to recruit an experienced Asset/Commercial Finance Broker/Business Development Manager to assist new clients obtaining flexible finance solutions in the format of asset finance and business/cashflow loans in a timely and professional manner.
Excellent Basic Salary, Uncapped Commission Structure, Free Parking and flexibility to be fully remote or hybrid.
Main Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining existing and new customer, supplier, and introducer relationships in the provision of asset finance and commercial finance
• Ensure the CRM and proposal management system are updated accurately and comprehensively.
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions.
• Always have regard to the basic FCA and GDPR requirements – always acting in the best interest of the customer.
Successful candidates must have proven success in a previous sale roles by creating new business opportunities from both external and internal relationships. Experience of asset finance/commercial finance is essential.
