The role: As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be part of a small, close-knit team, working across a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Lettings process. The role offers a varied work week, with opportunities to develop and grow in the industry. While previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is preferred, our client is also open to individuals new to the industry, especially those with a passion for property and a desire to establish a long-term career in Lettings. The successful Lettings Negotiator will receive: Basic salary: £24,000 (increasing after successful completion of probation) Potential car allowance (subject to experience) Ongoing training and development to help you grow in the role Key Requirements: Strong customer service skills A basic understanding of the rental process (although full training will be provided) Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is preferred but not essential Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team UK driving licence (essential) Strong communication skills As a Lettings Negotiator, your duties will include: Handling property maintenance issues Negotiating lettings and re-letting properties Conducting property viewings Providing excellent customer service throughout the lettings process If you're looking to forge a long-term career in lettings with excellent growth opportunities, this role could be perfect for you.
