Your key responsibilities will include:
18. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
19. Overseeing and implementing menu changes
20. Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
21. Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
22. Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
23. Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
24. Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
25. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
26. Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Satefty regulations
Our ideal Chef will:
27. Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
28. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
29. Have experience supervising a team
30. Have experience in a similar Chef role
31. Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
32. Have a flexible approach to working
