This role will suit a business analyst at the start of their career, someone with experience of analysing data, to then effectively improve, automate and implement innovative solutions. You would also be involved in handling hardware issues, manually resolving these issues promptly.
Business Systems Analysis Salary and Benefits
* £25,000 - £35,000 negotiable depending on experience

Business Systems Analysis Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide continuous support and maintenance for business systems, including issue resolution and system updates.
* Assist with the day-to-day management and manual updates of core systems.
* Support Operational and Sales teams by processing and recording documentation for clients and suppliers.
* Analyse current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Business Systems Manager to facilitate communication between internal/external users and technology partners.
* Assist the Business Systems Manager in managing projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Perform daily compliance checks and prepare oversight reports, addressing any breaches in coordination with the business.
* Follow up on supplier delivery documentation (PODs) and upload them to business portals.
* Process carrier and client applications, onboard users, and integrate them into the company’s core platforms.
* Execute basic system configuration and data-related tasks, such as user administration.
Skills:
* IT literacy – strong IT skills including ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook
* Interest in software development / configuration / data analysis advantageous
* Communication skills – both verbal and written (high degree of email and telephone traffic)
* Organisation and prioritisation of tasks, keeping colleagues and customers updated of progress
* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
