Resourcery Group are actively working with an international business based in North Wales that are keen to appoint a newly qualified Accountant into their Management Accounts team.
Working closely with the Financial Controller & Finance Director, you will gain a broad understanding of day to day operations whilst being in a position to add real value.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Analyse financial statements and provide insights to inform decision-making
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
* Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning processes
* Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies
* Assist with audits and tax preparation
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives
* Prepare management accounts and financial reports
* Analyse financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to gather information for financial reporting
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities
* Communicate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and procedures
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is preferred
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
* Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
