As Digital Channel Manager you will be required to work closely with the Head of Ecommerce, the ecommerce team and the internal brand & marketing teams to increase brand awareness and to promote products and collections online which drive relevant, high converting traffic to our website. Your main duties and responsibilities include: Responsibilities You will maintain and grow all of our digital channels, including email, paid search, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, paid social media advertising (FB, Linkedin, Instagram). Managing and monitoring paid media advertising budgets. Build email marketing campaigns through the Ometria platform. Manage Affiliate marketing through the AWIN platform finding opportunities to grow our network profitably. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver brand marketing campaigns, always with a focus on ROI and sales. Measure and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend and ROI You will coordinate the activities of our external agencies team to communicate the promotional plan, ensure they are delivering value for money and to identify opportunities for growth. You will prepare weekly reports on performance by channel, identifying opportunities and risks Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels. You will identify and manage customer segments within our database to ensure effective targeting through our communications Requirements 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or channel manager role Hands on experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ad Manager Working experience of Google Analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in Excel Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies Strong analytical thinking skills Excellent ability to work as part of a team Desirables A background in retail digital marketing, ideally in Fashion Experience using Shopify, Mozz, SEMRush, Adobe Photoshop, Ometria and Hootsuite Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, journalism or other relevant fields
