Due to company growth, we have an opening for a Contracts Manager who has a broad knowledge of insurance-related repairs and must possess good communication skills.

Whilst we are based in Wakefield, we work throughout South, East & West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site supervision
* Budget controls
* Monthly forecasting and invoicing targets
* Weekly reporting
* Adherence to Company H&S, Environmental, and Quality policies
* Customer liaison
* Programme planning
Key Qualities:
* Extensive experience in managing small to medium value domestic repair contracts
* Experience in the insurance repairs market
* Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, risk management, and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Self-motivation and enthusiasm
* Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Must have a clean driving licence.
Experience Required:
* Insurance repairs - 5 years (required)
