About Diagrama Adoption
Diagrama Adoption is an independent, voluntary adoption agency rated GOOD by Ofsted. Our team is dedicated to finding loving families who can offer a permanent home for children in need of adoption across London, Surrey, East and West Sussex and Kent. Our sister company is Diagrama Fostering, and the two services work very closely together. Diagrama Fostering is an IFA that has been rated GOOD by Ofsted.
Our agency is small enough to offer a personalised and friendly adoption experience while benefitting from the expertise and security that comes with being part of a larger, established charitable foundation.
We are a caring and child-focused agency, providing excellent support for adopters and children alike. We put children at the heart of everything we do and every decision we make.
We support adopters of all backgrounds regardless of faith, sexuality or ethnicity and we pride ourselves on offering a tailored service.
Diagrama Adoption focuses on finding new parents for children who wait the longest to be adopted, this includes children who are older, are part of sibling groups and children who have additional emotional, physical and educational needs. We also recruit and support Early Permanency carers and the number of carers who we work with who can consider both adoption and Early Permanency continues to increase.
