About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA), you will be working alongside experienced teachers to provide tailored support for students with a variety of learning needs. You will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students feel confident and able to engage fully with their lessons. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Assist in the delivery of individual education plans (IEPs) and adaptations for SEN students. Help students with their social and emotional development, ensuring a positive classroom atmosphere. Support students in small group settings or on a one-to-one basis, enabling them to achieve their potential. Work collaboratively with teachers to monitor student progress and provide feedback. Requirements: Experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role supporting students with SEN is desirable. Strong understanding of the needs of students with SEN. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A passion for working with young learners and helping them succeed. An understanding of safeguarding protocols and a commitment to creating a safe, supportive environment. What We Offer: A competitive hourly rate ranging from £12.82 to £14.72 per hour.
