Summary of Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner with a strong background in SaaS and proven experience in the airport industry. As a key member of our product management team, you will drive product vision, strategy, and execution while bridging the gap between business needs, technology, and user experience.
Requirements
Ownership and Impact:
* Working closely with the Senior Product Manager to align business objectives and customer needs in relation to the AeroCloud Passenger Processing Systems (PPS) Product suite.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Under guidance manage the product backlog, ensuring the team is focused on delivering maximum value.
* Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, meeting all requirements outlined in the ‘definition of done’ for each deliverable.
* Compile market research with guidance from Product Manager, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions and to support the product manager in prioritising, quantifying and delivering features and functionality.
* Serve as part of the primary team for product-related questions and decisions throughout the agile development lifecycle. Support any customer or team inquiries on product functionality and documentation.
* Support the implementation team in training (as appropriate).
* Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
* Liaise with delivery and support teams and customer success teams for deployment of software and other product related communications.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS environment.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
* Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Airline or airport experience is highly desirable
