At European Tech Recruit we are working along side a high growth startup, helping them to bring on board a business development manager. The team are developing a compute platform for high performance computing with a software utilizing real-time telemetry and intelligent algorithms to optimize performance, power efficiency, and scalability dynamically for HPC and AI workloads.
Responsibilities
* Drive new sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
* Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across various teams.
* Analyze sales performance data and implement improvement strategies to optimize results.
* Stay updated on market trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
* Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with product offerings and meet customer needs.
* Design and deliver advanced solution presentations tailored to customer requirements, showcasing the company’s products and services. Highlight Multiverse Computing’s advantages and position offerings as superior to competitors.
* Coordinate and manage technical support for product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), evaluations, and training sessions.
* Work collaboratively with team members to create clear and compelling written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for both existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* 5+ years in business development with a proven track record of success in selling engineering or technology solutions, consistently exceeding sales quota (10+ years will be considered for Senior level role)
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Marketing, Product Management).
* Knowledge of generative AI and familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
* Proven ability to foster collaboration and coordination among globally distributed teams.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to identifying and delivering effective solutions.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A combination of a Science/Engineering degree and an MBA.
* Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
