Duties of a Maintenance Technician:
* As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse range of manufacturing plant and equipment. This includes CNC controlled machinery, robotics and a variety of bespoke equipment integral to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Collaborate with production teams to optimise machinery performance and efficiency.
* Provide technical support for CNC controlled plant, robotic systems, and bespoke equipment.
* Participate in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
* Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:
* Electrical qualification and proven experience in electrical maintenance.
* Mechanical competence with a strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
* Familiarity with CNC controlled machinery and robotic systems.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
