Your team : Programmatic and direct advertising plays a major part in realising success across digital audio. Data and operational delivery is at the heart of this. As the ad technology experts, we use both our knowledge of systems and the enormous amounts of data generated to deliver world class solutions with the goal of maximising revenue potential across audio IPs. Your role: This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operational management. The role is critical to leading and shaping the future strategic direction of the commercial business. We are seeking an experienced, visionary and innovative Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Octave, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in operations management, preferably within the tech or advertising sectors, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Day to day you will: - Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans. - Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient and effective. - Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the parent company, to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, and vendors. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the business. - Analyse data and generate insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. - Drive digital audio programmatic revenue through development of the Ad Stack and building key strategic relationships with demand partners.
