We have a vacancy as we look to strengthen our Finance team with a Finance Manager Responsible for key activities within the business, these will include preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounting results into Onestream for the Godiva group.

The role will support the development of reporting out of the operating system using BI reporting & Onestream and other systems.
The reports will provide information on the performance of the business.
The role will be responsible for reporting this information in line with IDEX policies and supporting the Financial Controller and other departments in reviewing & implementing changes where necessary to improve processes.
The role will play a key part in various project work to support the IDEX operating model within Godiva.
Alongside the primary Financial activities the role includes the activity of Godiva Pension Trustee ensuring the running & reporting of information related to the Godiva Ltd scheme is compliant and accurate.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily management of the Finance team including coaching & development (including but not limited to daily HR matters, regular 1:1s, & performance reviews).
Prepare Monthly Management accounts for Godiva Group.
Review internal controls related to IDEX IKCQ questionnaire are adequate & partner owners to resolve deficiencies.
Support, prepare & partner actions of reports, such as the Annual Operating Plan (AOP – “budget), Forecasting, 80/20 approach.
Ensure any IDEX & Godiva mid-monthly reporting is communicated accurately & challenged where applicable.
Produce Management information to support the Monthly Business Review (MBR) such as PBIT walk analysis & appropriate expenditure variances & other ad-hoc reporting.
Develop & build out commercial reporting into IDEX BI reports.
Improve reporting efficiency of the business through Ad Hoc reporting from One Stream.
Preparation & approver of Balance sheet accounts.
Ownership of Statutory accounts for all Godiva Group accounts including Tax packs.
Involved in discussions on strategy of the Finance team within the Business.
Wider IDEX reporting as required.
Employee Nominated Pension Trustee EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified Accountant CIMA or ACCA and/or 5 years of accounting experience Strong PC skills Consistently operates at the highest level of integrity and is never willing to compromise with regards to ethical standards.
Strong knowledge and ability to implement and maintain internal controls.
