An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a growing and dynamic business whose key mission is to achieve a zero-carbon future by developing new clients and business opportunities to strengthen company growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
2. Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Renewable Energy and Solar industry
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
4. Negotiating and closing sales deals
5. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in sales and business development
2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Knowledge or industry experience within renewable energy solutions
5. Strong understanding of the Energy and construction industry
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
