Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to the teaching team. Develop and adapt resources to meet the specific needs of learners. Foster a positive and encouraging environment that enables pupils to thrive academically and personally. Essential Requirements Experience supporting upper Key Stage 2 pupils, particularly Year 6. Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs expectations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
