Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Marketing Executive to join our London team. This role focuses on enhancing user engagement with our SaaS platform, ensuring users discover and utilize key features, and driving adoption of new product functionalities. The ideal candidate will be KPI-driven and comfortable working with data from tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, and our own SaaS platform, Tussell, to inform strategy. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams. Key Responsibilities In close collaboration with the wider business, you will be responsible for developing initiatives and campaigns to boost customer engagement with our SaaS software, Tussell. Your success will be measured against your ability to tangibly increase customer awareness of new product developments, grow product usage, and ultimately reduce customer churn. Boost user engagement Develop and execute strategies to boost platform usage and feature adoption through targeted marketing and user education. Driven by data Track and report KPIs on user engagement and feature adoption using Mixpanel and HubSpot CRM, and use these insights to optimize strategies and align with business goals. Cross-team collaboration Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive engagement, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities. User education & voice Create educational resources to guide users on platform features and best practices while encouraging feedback and positive reviews. Experience Essential At least one year of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role OR a marketing-focused undergraduate degree. Willingness to be held accountable to clear KPIs. Openness to experiment, try new ideas and learn on the job. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making. Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and impactful messages. Desirable Familiarity with UK public procurement, either on the supplier or buyer side Experience with HubSpot, Mixpanel or other product analytics software. Compensation The starting salary is £33,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, with annual salary reviews every December after 12 months of tenure.
