Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA)
We are a popular, village school looking for an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our lovely team as soon as possible, on a full-time basis (30 hours).
You will work closely with the Inclusion Lead and class teacher to provide appropriate levels of support for Key Stage 2 class, supporting them with interventions and liaising with the class teacher to delivery high quality lessons.

Byfleet Primary School is a smaller than average Primary School with 194 pupils located in a village setting. We are looking for a creative and caring Teaching Assistant who:
• Ideally has Key Stage 2 experience
• Has the ability to work closely and in partnership with colleagues as a team member, and able to overcome and resolve challenges
• Is self-directed, proactive and highly organised and punctual with good attendance
• Shows enthusiasm, dedication, creativity and is flexible
• Maintains a calm and consistent approach to working with the children
• Uses good communication skills with colleagues, children and parents. Has a great sense of humour and fun
• Displays professional behaviour such as confidentiality

Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: EEEA Grades SP3
Term time only plus 3 INSET days (38.6 weeks)
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st August 2025 (with the possibility to extend)
