Your new role As a Contract Manager in this role, you will be responsible for: Managing and delivering planned work programmes Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will have experience delivering social housing maintenance / contracts previously, and be able to bring forwards excellent contract and project management skills.
