What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will play a critical role in defining architecture, best practices, and governance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
1. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
2. Define architectural standards, governance, and best practices for Power Platform adoption across the organisation.
3. Lead solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise IT strategy.
4. Develop and maintain reusable components, frameworks, and integrations with external systems.
5. Provide guidance on data modelling, security, compliance, and performance optimisation.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
7. Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring teams and upskilling Power Platform developers.
8. Oversee the implementation of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) strategies for Power Platform.
9. Engage with Microsoft and third-party vendors to leverage the latest tools and updates.
10. Drive automation and innovation by leveraging Power Automate and AI Builder capabilities.
11. Define and implement a comprehensive Power Platform strategy and governance framework that will enhance professional development and support both citizen-led and supplier-led teams.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role.
* Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
* Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and API integrations.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, governance, and security best practices.
* Hands-on experience designing scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
* Proficiency in model-driven and canvas apps development.
* Experience with Power Platform ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
* Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-900) preferred.
