Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, including forecasting and tracking project costs, resources, and timelines.
4. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, scheduling, site coordination, and quality control.
5. Provide proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making to address project challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
6. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
7. Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
8. Mentor and support project team members, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Staff, to foster professional growth and development.

The Successful Applicant
10. High school diploma required, four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred
11. In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable
12. 5+ years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
13. Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
