Job Description
The Accounts Assistant role is initially a Temporary Assignment which could be extended and will be Hybrid working- 2 days per week in Manchester City Centre office/3 remote. Reporting to the Finance Manager Key duties will include:
3. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of Purchase Ledger invoices.
4. Management of supplier queries and statement reconciliations.
5. Assisting with monthly closure of purchase ledger.
6. Preparing payment runs for approval and processing.
7. Bank reconciliation
8. Performing cash book reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply for the role you should:
9. Have previous experience in running end to end Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger processes
10. Be able to commute 2 days per week into Manchester City Centre
11. Be able to consider a temporary role initially
