Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital advertising channels.
* Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform campaign strategy.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
* Continuously analyze campaign performance metric
* A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
* Adjust bidding strategies and campaign structures based on real-time data insights.
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and regular performance updates.
* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
* Deliver data-driven reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Industry Trends & Innovation
* Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
* Implement new strategies and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
