Head of Sales & Marketing (UK-based)

We’re supporting a leading organisation in the built environment space to appoint a Head of Sales & Marketing – a role that sits at the heart of their ambitious global growth strategy.
Reporting to the CEO, this individual will oversee a revenue-generating portfolio of world-renowned sustainability and innovation programmes delivered across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Asia.
What’s on offer:
* Leadership of a high-performing, 20-person Sales & Marketing team (incl. Key Accounts, New Business, Inside Sales, Digital & Events)
* Broad commercial remit across training, consultancy, software, data, and training – with clients including tech giants, global RE firms, and major hospitality and retail brands
* Opportunity to drive year-on-year growth across ESG, smart construction, carbon reduction, and innovation
You’ll bring:
* Experience managing geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams
* A background in construction, real estate, sustainability, or the built environment
* Proven ability to drive commercial growth and lead from the front in sales, marketing, and business development
* Strategic and analytical thinking – balanced with authenticity and a collaborative leadership style
