In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the team while maintaining confidentiality across all service areas. You will work closely with the Training Facilitator and PD Team Manager to coordinate and ensure the smooth running of training programs, meetings, and various workforce development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing the Adult Social Care (ASC) Practice Development (PD) training inbox, coordinating day-to-day training tasks, and facilitating meetings and workshops. You will also maintain accurate records, help create regular reports and communications, such as monthly newsletters and event planning for staff development. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience using Microsoft Office packages and providing high-level customer service, including via telephone, email and in person, is key to this role.
