Lead the UX of the digital experience design, creating world-class aesthetics visual/interaction of in-vehicle experience.
Accountabilities:
1. Participate in the definition and design of our client’s cars, creating a safe, pleasant, and unique experience for users, and a world-leading in-vehicle digital platform.
2. Responsible for the user interaction design of interior/exterior digital platforms and related products/features.
3. Build and optimize user interaction design processes, principles, methods, and systems.
4. Lead to create digital design language, innovative concepts, and interactive prototypes.
5. Participate in product planning conception and lead to achieve product usability and customer quality.
6. Independently lead the digital design plan from business needs, user research, data analysis, user testing, industry trends, product strategy, and technical solutions.
7. Responsible for information architecture definition of digital design, and closely cooperate with the product development and creative teams of each vehicle module to ensure high-quality implementation.
8. Lead the interaction design direction of the team, promote the improvement of experience quality, team’s design capacity, and support the team’s advanced research on business.
9. With high sensitivity to the industry and aesthetics, promote the improvement of the team’s professional development, design vision, and product innovation based on business direction and design pillars.
10. Lead internal/external interaction/visual design members to achieve aligned targets.
